5 DAY GUARANTEE

We value you, we value our work and want to ensure our nails you wear last, within reason of course.* Our services are non-refundable but nail extensions and gel polishes are guaranteed for 5 days only after your initial appointment. Within the 5 days we will fix your nail at no charge IF there is a service breakdown.

 

Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, lifting, missing gems or striping tape will be $10 per nail.

We only see your nails for a few hours a month, the rest of the time they are your responsibility to care for and maintain.  If you follow our home care advice and book in for the appropriate maintenance times suggested your nails will remain in good condition. We cannot be responsible for damage to your nails when advice or care is not taken. Please remember, nails are jewels, NOT tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.

PLEASE NOTE:
• Regular polish, chrome, white gels and effect or matte gels services are not guaranteed once you leave the salon.
• If you choose a different, shape, length, colour, design extra charges will apply.
​• Any light polished or matte topcoat nails will require extra care from staining. When choosing these two options stained nails will not be included in complimentary fixes.

*Nails that are treated roughly or above limitations of enhancements are excluded from guarantee, nails breakages and chipped nails are not covered under service breakdown.
